Below you'll find all the details regarding our shipping options, rates, and important notes about international orders.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

All international orders (outside the UK) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local government and are entirely separate from our shipping fees — we have no control over them and cannot predict the amount in advance.

  • This is the customer's responsibility. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are payable by you, the recipient, upon your parcel's arrival in your country.
  • These are your country's rules, not ours. Import charges vary by country and are governed entirely by local customs regulations — please check with your local customs office before ordering if you'd like to know what to expect.
  • Refusing to pay customs fees: If you refuse to pay customs charges and your parcel is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price of the merchandise only. Original shipping costs and any additional fees incurred by the return (including any return postage) will be deducted from your refund.
  • We're unable to reimburse any customs charges already paid, including in cases where a parcel is marked as delivered but not received (see below).

By placing an order with us, you agree to be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied by your country.

Shipping & Handling Fees

The shipping and handling fees charged at checkout cover the cost of delivering your order to your location. These fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees — see above.

United Kingdom — Free over £100

  • Royal Mail Tracked (2–5 working days): £3.50
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days): £4.30
  • DHL Express (1–2 working days): £10.99

European Union — Free over £150*

  • Evri Tracked Delivery (6–10 working days)
  • DHL Express Worldwide (2–4 working days)

*Excludes the Balearic Islands, which are sent via secure Tracked Delivery (with DHL Express also available) — free shipping isn't available here due to higher courier costs.

USA — Free over £150

  • Evri Tracked Delivery (7–14 working days)
  • DHL Express Worldwide (2–4 working days)

Australia — Free over £150

  • Evri Tracked Delivery (7–14 working days)
  • DHL Express Worldwide (3–5 working days)

Rest of the World

  • Evri Tracked Delivery (7–14 working days)
  • DHL Express Worldwide (2–4 working days)

Additional Information

  • All shipping time frames are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. São Swim is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Delays can occasionally occur and, in most cases, these are outside of São Swim's control once your order has left our hands. If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number in the first instance — this is usually the fastest way to get an update.

If your tracking number shows your package as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please also contact the carrier directly, as they'll need to investigate on their end. If they're unable to resolve it for you, please let us know and we'll be happy to help look into it further.
