Shipping & Handling Fees

The shipping and handling fees charged at the time of purchase cover the cost of delivering your order to your location. Please note:
Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by your local government are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to Sao Swim, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the merchandise, minus the shipping costs and any additional fees incurred by the return.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom: Free Royal Mail Tracked (2 to 5 Working Days) on orders over £115

Royal Mail Tracked (2 to 5 Working Days): £3.50

European Union: Evri Tracked Delivery (6 to 10 Working Days): Prices are displayed according to your region.

Rest of the World: Evri Tracked Delivery (7 to 14 Working Days): Prices are displayed according to your region.

Additional Information

All shipping time frames are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched and will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Sao Swim is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the rare event that your tracking number indicates your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company directly. Once a package shows as "Delivered," we cannot assist in locating it. Sao Swim does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we are not responsible for reimbursing any customs charges you may have paid. As a general policy, customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by local authorities upon import. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these fees.
